Sales Representative Trainee
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Development : Participate in the 50/50 Program to cultivate customer relationships, generate leads, and drive sales performance.
- Structured Training & Mentorship : Engage in a comprehensive two-year training program, following a detailed development plan and receiving one-on-one guidance from an experienced sales mentor.
- National Networking : Collaborate with peers across the country, gaining insights and sharing experiences to enhance your professional growth.
- Career Advancement : Build the foundation for a successful, long-term career in insurance sales by developing the skills of a top-performing salesperson.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
