How You Will Make a Difference? ?

What you will do:? ?

• Assist?inmaximizing andachievingstore salesand goals by monitoringsales progress?&?results against key targets.?

• Foster a?consumer centric mindsetand aninclusive store environment, while modelingselling behaviors through genuine interactions with consumers.?

• Assistin providing?direct?feedback,coaching?and supervision of the associates.

• Regularly interact withconsumerswithin the store, providinga high levelof customer service.

• Provide actional feedback to store associates andadhere to policies, proceduresand practices that align with company directives.

What you bring: ?

• 1year ofrelatedprofessionalretailexperienceispreferred but notrequired

• Proven communication skills?

• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; will require weekends, evenings, and holidays?

• Team leadership skillswithin the storeandthe abilityto be flexible in afast-pacedenvironment *. *

• You must also have a completed Sales Associate Onboarding & Developing plan.

• A formal education andsubsequentundergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.?

Hiring Range * * :**

$18.00 - $24.12 USD per hour

Incentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
