Job Description

This Project Management position combines customer relations, sales, workflow engineering, and scheduling. The primary responsibility is to manage multiple projects throughout the year, with opportunities to further develop skills in robotics, welding, machining, design, and R&D.

We are seeking candidates with 1-5+ years of experience

Responsibilities

• Manage timelines for internal projects and follow up on project delays.

• Ensure proper inventory is ordered and arrives on time.

• Provide sales support and prepare documentation packages including pre-installation instructions, risk assessments, installation instructions, training documentation, PM documentation, and sign-off documentation.

• Ensure proper resources are scheduled to the project.

• Conduct onsite pre and post-installation inspections.

• Maintain general knowledge of all aspects of the RBC process.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in project management and automation machinery.

• Ability to create installation instructions and training documentation.

• Office management, project engineering, and project coordination skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and SolidWorks.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with sheet metal bending and robotic programming is preferred.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to support project tasks.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Schaumburg, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
