Pay & Incentives

• Hourly: $30.37–$35.66
• Shift differential: +$1.00/hour for 2nd shift
• Variable incentive program eligibility

What you’ll tackle

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance; install, repair, and maintain electrical/mechanical components across plant machinery.
• Interpret complex blueprints, specifications, and wiring diagrams to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Apply practical electronics knowledge; keep up with new methods and technologies.
• Occasionally lead part‑time helpers and operate a power truck to complete work.
• Operate with a safety‑first mindset: lockout/tagout, fall protection for work 6 feet above floor level, restore all guarding when finished, and perform electrical work to National Electrical Code requirements.
• Uphold environmental procedures; identify pollution‑prevention opportunities; maintain organization and cleanliness; support product/process quality and plant manufacturing principles.

Minimum qualifications

• Completed maintenance mechanic apprenticeship including electrical training, or equivalent education
• 6+ months as a maintenance mechanic with electrical experience in manufacturing or similar
• Forklift operation capability
• High school diploma/GED from an accredited institution
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
