Homecare Branch Manager (ARLINGTON HEIGHTS)

We are seeking a proactive Branch Manager to lead our high-volume Chicago office. This is a 50/50 leadership role: you will spend half your time aggressively hunting for new billable hours, and the other half optimizing internal systems to ensure high utilization. If you are a results-driven leader with deep Illinois home care roots and the stamina to scale a branch, we want you to lead our team.

- Competitive Base: $75,000 - $95,000 (Based on experience and track record).
- Monthly Growth & Utilization Bonus: Earn up to $1,200 per month ($14,400/year) based on hitting clear, data-driven KPIs.
- Total Annual Potential: $109,000+

As the leader of the Chicago branch, you are responsible for the health of the P&L and the quality of the care. You will:
- Drive the Top Line: Proactively identify and secure new referral sources to grow the branch census and hit billable hours targets.
- Eliminate Leakage: Audit and optimize the gap between authorized hours and billed hours to ensure maximum utilization.
- Lead the Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of office supervisors, holding them accountable to standards and operational KPIs.
- Master Compliance: Navigate the complexities of IDOA and MCO regulations to ensure 100% audit-readiness at all times.
What You Bring: The Triple Threat Profile
We are looking for a candidate who combines skills and ability with grit .
- The Experience: At least three years of home care managerial experience is required. You must understand the Illinois home care landscape (CCP, MCO, or VA).
- The Proactive Mindset: You don't wait for a crisis to happen; you scan the market for opportunities and build systems to prevent bottlenecks.
- The Grit: You have a proven track record of staying focused on long-term growth goals, even when faced with the daily fires of a high-volume office.
- Technical Literacy: High proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with industry software (e.g., HHAeXchange)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
