Summary
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative I for a temporary assignment. This role is ideal for individuals with strong customer service skills and attention to detail, looking to join a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

• Pay Rate: $22.89 per hour

• Schedule: 8:30 PM – 4:30 AM

• Assignment Type: Temporary with potential for full-time conversion

• Duration: Expected through December 31, 2026

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
On a typical day, you will:

• Bill shipments accurately according to tariffs and pricing agreements

• Identify and resolve documentation errors promptly

• Assist customers with inquiries, including shipment tracing, rate quotes, tariff discrepancies, and billing questions

• Perform general clerical duties such as answering and directing phone calls, filing, data entry, and billing

• Process over, short, and damaged freight documentation for customer resolution

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience

• Strong computer skills, including typing and 10-key proficiency

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends
