Summary

We are seeking a Customer Care Associate to join our dynamic team at BK Resources, Inc. In this role, you will be assisting customers with product questions, pricing, and complaints. Responsible for all customer communications.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and knowledgeable assistance for all inbound customer calls.
• Manage the sales email inbox, answering questions promptly and professionally, and routing emails to the appropriate department when needed.
• Contact customers that have back ordered items on previous orders that their items are back in stock.
• Supply freight estimates and shipping information.
• Make daily outbound calls on all open orders to ensure that all acknowledgments are being received so orders can be released.
• Manage multiple strategic accounts that are assigned to individual CSR. Providing exceptional customer service for these accounts.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Associate degree or higher in Business or a related field is preferred.
• 1-2 Years of experience in customer service, sales support, or call center roles.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer proficiency using software such as Microsoft Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
