About Us: 82 Kimbap is one of Chicago’s first Korean fast-casual concepts specializing in fresh, high-quality kimbap rice rolls. After a successful first five months in business, we are looking for some additional part-time team members to get us through our lunch rush.

Our mission is to bring authentic, fresh Korean flavors to Chicago while celebrating and uplifting the city’s Asian community through food, culture, and community partnerships. We are looking for team members who believe in hospitality, operational excellence, and being a part of a strong team.

We’re looking for a team member who is:

• Reliable and punctual to work
• Prioritizes communication to management as well as other team members
• Comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen or high-volume service environment
• Open to learning and willing to take full ownership and accountability for work
• Always willing to help other team members and go above and beyond
• Able to bring your full self to work with a positive can-do attitude

Your responsibilities might include:

• Getting the stall ready for service
• Helping on the assembly line or packaging the kimbap rolls for service
• Assisting with expo or front of house duties as needed
• Handling minor prep tasks and refilling stations as needed
• Any miscellaneous tasks required to handle on the line service

Schedule:

• Part-time during weekday lunch
• We are seeking individuals who can work a flexible schedule mostly during weekday lunch time period
