Stretch-n-Grow Illinois is on the lookout for a fun-loving Part-Time Preschool Coach to bring movement, joy, and healthy habits to young children across the Chicagoland area.
What We Offer- $21–$25/hour
- Pre-planned lesson plans & equipment — so you can focus on what you do best: inspiring kids!
- A supportive, mission-driven team that believes movement changes lives
- Flexible, part-time schedule
- Work close to home! We place coaches at preschools and childcare centers in their nearest service area across Naperville, Oakbrook, Schaumburg, St. Charles, and Elgin
- Lead high-energy, interactive classes in fitness, dance, gymnastics, sports, and music
- Create a joyful, engaging environment that motivates young children to love being active
- Serve as a positive role model for health, movement, and confidence
- Experience teaching fitness, dance, gymnastics, sports, and/or music
- Comfortable and confident working with preschool-age children
- A genuine passion for child development and physical wellness
- The energy and creativity to keep kids excited and engaged
- Reliable transportation to travel between on-site locations
