USED CAR TECHNICIAN

Automotive Repair Experience Required.

Our Service Team is growing and we need to hire skilled Used Car Reconditioning Technicians to inspect, repair, and recondition vehicles and ensure they meet our high quality and safety standards. Responsibilities - Used Car Technician:

• Conduct thorough inspections of used vehicles to identify needed repairs and maintenance.
• Perform mechanical repairs, including but not limited to brakes, engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
• Complete cosmetic reconditioning, including detailing, paint touch-ups, and interior cleaning.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely vehicle preparation.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
• Adhere to all safety and quality standards.
• Other duties may be assigned according to skill level and certification.

Qualifications - Used Car Technician:

• Automotive repair experience required.
• Dealership experience is a plus but not a must!
• A positive attitude and good work ethic.
• Must be versatile in skills and tasks performed.
• Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, A/C equipment, etc.
• Must be analytical with good problem-solving skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks and drug screening.
