Your Core Responsibilities

• Assemble aluminum components using hand/power tools and fabrication machinery
• Read and follow engineering prints, BOMs, and work instructions
• Operate saws, tube benders, press brakes, and related equipment
• Inspect work for cosmetic and dimensional defects (scratches, dents)
• Keep your area clean and safe; comply with safety standards
• Use ERP to manage work orders and record production data
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Qualifications

• Background in fabrication or assembly within manufacturing preferred
• Ability to interpret blueprints and follow procedures accurately
• Mechanical aptitude and keen attention to detail
• Comfort standing, lifting, and performing hands-on work for a full shift
• Basic computer literacy; ERP familiarity a plus
• English communication skills
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Pay Range

Hourly compensation is reasonably estimated at $18–$30 USD. Individual pay may vary within, below, or above this range based on education, training, experience, achievements, business need, and location.
