The Senior Pharmacy Contracting Professional conducts all aspects of pharmaceutical contracting and pricing including development, implementation, and maintenance. The Senior Pharmacy Contracting Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

The Senior Pharmacy Contracting Professional ensures contract compliance and performs analysis regarding pharmacy claims and purchasing data to identify future contracting opportunities. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree

• Minimum 5 years of experience in contracting and pricing including development, implementation, and maintenance.

• Strong financial acumen with proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data

• Intermediate to Advanced using MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and use of SharePoint, Teams,

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail

• Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to senior management

• Able to give direction and make sound business decisions

• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree

• Pharmaceutical contracting and pricing including development, implementation, and maintenance.

• Healthcare experience

• Process improvement and/or methodologies experience

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$78,400 - $107,800 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
