Bathing Brands, a national leader in the distribution, installation, and maintenance of steam and sauna bathing environments, is searching for a Buyer .

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Buyer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing data, generating reports, and supporting our supply chain processes to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of products. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Please note that this position requires onsite work, with the potential for a hybrid schedule.

Buyer Responsibilities

• Support the Supply Chain team’s daily tasks, including but not limited to populating shared reports, publishing KPIs, monitoring supplier performance, and managing dates for purchase orders to ensure delivery objectives are met.
• Assist Order Expeditors with the release of customer orders to the warehouse.
• Collaborate with Logistics on bookings and customs declarations for inbound freight.
• Analyze current inventories and procedures; suggest improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain. Develop and implement data collection systems.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in supply chain management.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in business related field preferred, with 3 years’ experience in a supply chain management role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
