The Distribution Clerk at All World Machinery Supply plays a crucial role in our warehouse and inventory operations. This position involves a variety of responsibilities, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products while adhering to best practices for each function. The Distribution Clerk will monitor inventory activity and movements, ensuring accurate records are maintained and updated regularly. Timely responses to distribution inquiries are essential, as is the preparation of importing/exporting documents when necessary.

Additionally, the role entails assisting with transfer orders, performing cycle counts, and conducting physical inventory counts to support optimal inventory management. This multifaceted position requires attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a well-organized and efficient warehouse environment.

To excel in the Distribution Clerk role at All World Machinery Supply, candidates must possess a variety of essential skills and qualifications. A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required, along with 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or shop setting, which is preferred. Familiarity with forklift operations is a plus.
