Front Desk Specialist

Lawrence Hall is seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organized Remote Front Desk Specialist to join our team. This Full-Time, Fully Remote position serves as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent customer service, and efficient administrative support.

The Remote Front Desk Specialist will manage incoming calls, emails, scheduling requests, and virtual communication channels while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to multitask effectively in a remote work environment.

Requirements

• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and virtual inquiries.

• Respond to and route communications to appropriate staff and departments.

• Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendar coordination in a remote setting.

• Provide administrative and clerical support to staff across departments.

• Maintain accurate digital records, files, and documentation.

• Assist with data entry and basic database management tasks.

• Coordinate virtual meetings, video calls, and conference schedules.

• Monitor and manage shared inboxes and communication platforms.

• Handle inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.

• Follow up on requests to ensure timely resolution.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

• Support internal teams with daily administrative tasks.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.
