rRESPONSIBILITIES: This position serves as a representative of Western

Illinois University Office of Financial Aid. At this level the employee will interface with University clients (students, parents, high school counselors, college and financial aid coordinators/managers) in order to maintain, promote, and monitor participation in student financial aid programs.

WORK LOCATION: Macomb campus

APPOINTMENT: As soon as possible

HOURLY WAGE: \$16.19 - \$17.80 (anticipated starting salary \$16.19)

1. Any one or combination totaling two (2) years (24 months) from the categories below:

A. College coursework in any discipline, as measured by the following

conversion table or its proportional equivalent:

*30 semester hours equals one (1) year (12 months)

*Associate\'s Degree (60 semester hours) equals eighteen months (18

months)

*90 semester hours equals two (2) years (24 months)

*Bachelor\'s Degree (120 semester hours) equals three (3) years (36

months)

B. Work experience performing office, business, or customer/relations

activities.

*For a degree to be considered, it must be conferred from a regionally

accredited degree-granting institution of higher education (or equivalent from an international accrediting body). The degree must be conferred at the time of application.*
