Project Manager, Talent Acquisition

LaSalle Network is hiring on behalf of a global, Chicago-based technology company. Due to growth, they are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager, Talent Acquisition to support a fast-paced recruiting function. This role will oversee reporting, process tracking, and executive-level communications across multiple hiring initiatives.

The ideal candidate thrives in high-volume environments, excels at managing data and deadlines, and can translate recruiting activity into clear, executive-ready insights and presentations.

Project Manager, Talent Acquisition Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage multiple talent acquisition reports and tracking systems

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date recruiting dashboards and status trackers

• Monitor hiring progress across teams and ensure data integrity

• Identify bottlenecks and proactively escalate risks or delays

• Support continuous process improvement initiatives within Talent Acquisition
• Consolidate feedback, hiring updates, and recruiting metrics into executive-ready materials

• Develop clear, visually compelling PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership

• Partner with recruiting leaders to translate data into actionable insights

• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting deliverables

• Serve as a liaison between recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership

• Ensure alignment across teams on timelines, status updates, and deliverables

• Follow up consistently to drive accountability and progress

Project Manager, Talent Acquisition Requirements:

• 4–8+ years of experience in Project Management in a Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, or HR Operations function

• Strong experience managing high-volume reporting and trackers

• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (must be able to create executive-ready decks independently)

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
