What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the Microsoft Fabric data environment
• Own and optimize ETL pipelines , integrating data from internal and external sources
• Apply best practices in data governance, quality control, and lifecycle management
• Build and maintain high-impact Power BI dashboards and reporting assets
• Enable self-service analytics capabilities while enforcing enterprise data standards
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business questions into data solutions
• Continuously evaluate and implement tools, technologies, and processes to improve scalability and automation
• Champion data literacy and support business users in understanding and leveraging available insights
• Serve as a subject matter expert for data architecture, modeling, and transformation
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a scalable analytics function

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, business intelligence, or data engineering
• Advanced SQL expertise (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning)
• Proficient in building Power BI dashboards and reports with strong UX/UI sensibility
• Solid understanding of ETL processes, data transformation, and modeling techniques
• Familiarity with data governance, MDM , and security frameworks
• Experience collaborating across Finance, Operations, HR, and other business units
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills—able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
