Position: Product Manager (Amazon Connect) – Remote Contractor
Location: Remote - must be in Mainland USA able to Work CST/EST
Contract Length: Long-Term Contract, 6-12+ Months
Hours: 40 hours per week
Target W2 Pay: $60 per Hour

About the Role:
A leading digital consulting organization is seeking Strong Product Managers to support a large-scale contact center transformation initiative with a major healthcare company. The current focus is centered around Amazon Connect with potential exposure to Amazon Agent Workspace as part of a broader multi-year telephony modernization program.
This is not a traditional Product Manager position. The organization is seeking highly driven, strategic product leaders who can operate effectively within a complex enterprise environment, influence executive stakeholders, and deliver value beyond backlog management and requirements gathering. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to contribute to a transformative enterprise program with long-term growth potential.
Responsibilities:
• Define and manage product roadmaps for contact center and telephony initiatives
• Lead product discovery efforts and gather feedback from business stakeholders and end users
• Prioritize product backlogs based on business objectives, customer needs, and strategic goals
• Collaborate with business leaders, engineering teams, and delivery partners throughout the product lifecycle
• Define, track, and report on KPIs and OKRs to measure product success
• Translate business requirements into product strategies and actionable plans
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, roadmap reviews, and executive presentations
• Identify opportunities to improve customer and user experiences
• Drive alignment across business, technology, and operational teams
• Support delivery teams in the successful execution of product initiatives
Qualifications:
• 4+ years of Product Management experience
• Experience supporting contact center, telephony, or customer service technologies
• Amazon Connect experience required
• Strong experience with roadmap ownership, backlog prioritization, and product delivery
• Experience defining and managing KPIs, OKRs, and product success metrics
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Experience operating within large enterprise environments
• Ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day product execution
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
