Warehouse Worker

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our team in a fast-paced distribution center. The ideal candidate will thrive in a physical work environment, prioritize safety, and contribute to efficient order fulfillment and inventory management. No prior experience required—full training provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments using manual or powered equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after certification).
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Load outbound trucks and containers.
• Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift, reach truck, order picker—training and certification provided).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory.
• Assist with quality control inspections and returns processing.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand/walk for 8–10 hour shifts, bend, reach, and climb.
• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Experience: Entry-level position; previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or labor experience is a plus.
• Skills: Basic math and reading skills; ability to follow instructions; attention to detail.
• Other: Must pass background check and drug screen. Reliable transportation required. Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience with RF scanners or inventory software.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
