Inventory Planning Manager

LaSalle Network is hiring an Inventory Planning Manager for a leading textile company in the northern suburbs of Chicago. This is a dynamic role that bridges creativity and analytics, ensuring the right products reach customers at the right time, in the right quantities. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and can lead cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Inventory Planning Manager Responsibilities:

• Drive demand planning and forecast accuracy to support inventory management

• Manage replenishment and production order placement with factories

• Oversee logistics and supply chain to ensure on-time delivery

• Create and maintain weekly inventory and trend reports

• Track and report forecast accuracy, trend analysis, and line planning statistics

• Partner with sales and clients to improve forecast reliability

• Lead product lifecycle management from ideation through commercialization

• Ensure product accuracy across digital platforms, including website updates

Inventory Planning Manager Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in the demand, supply, or inventory planning

• Experience in retail or apparel a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in planning, business management, or related field strongly preferred

Pay Range: $90,000 – $110,000+
