Now Hiring: Quality Assurance Technician (Overnight Shift)

Location: On-site in Carol Stream, IL
Schedule: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

✅ What You’ll Do

*
Inspect, test, and release finished product samples

*
Monitor critical control points (CCPs) during processing

*
Conduct packaging and fill-level checks

*
Perform environmental swabs and equipment inspections

*
Oversee truck inspections (inbound and outbound)

*
Maintain records and ensure audit readiness (SQF, Organic, FDA)

*
Collaborate across departments to support quality initiatives

What You Bring

*
Experience in food manufacturing or QA preferred

*
Strong communication skills (English required; Spanish a plus)

*
Comfortable using tablets and computers

*
Able to work independently and with cross-functional teams

*
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cold environments

*
Detail-oriented, dependable, and audit-ready mindset
