PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician I to support a global leader in nutrition science dedicated to helping people live healthier lives through high-quality nutritional products. In this hands-on role, you'll play a critical part in maintaining and improving the equipment that keeps production running safely, efficiently, and reliably.

• Location: Aurora, IL | Onsite

• Schedule: 3rd Shift | Monday–Friday | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Overtime, weekends, and on-call support as needed)

• Pay Rate: $33–$40/hour +$3.00/hour shift differential

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team in Aurora, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our machinery and equipment through effective troubleshooting and maintenance practices. • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems before they escalate.
• Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes and procedures.
• Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and inspections.
• Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Strong PLC troubleshooting skills and knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.

Pay Details: $33.00 to $40.00 per hour
