Team Lead
- Provide shift leadership and operational support within the SOC environment.
- Mentor and oversee junior analysts, guiding intrusion event investigations.
- Monitor security events across various SIEMs and security feeds, including email, phone, and chat systems.
- Analyze threat events, review escalations, and ensure incident reports are accurate and complete.
- Develop, review, and improve security incident response procedures and playbooks.
- 5-6 years of hands-on experience working in a SOC or related cybersecurity field.
- Experience with Azure environment investigations and ensuring compliance with best practices.
- Proficiency with Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) tools and SIEM/log management systems.
- Knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, SSH, FTP, and routing protocols.
- Certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, GIAC, GCIH, GNFA, or GDAT are preferred but not mandatory.
