The Role As an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager - NoMI Kitchen, Lounge, & Garden at Park Hyatt Chicago , you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our luxury food and beverage offerings. You'll work closely with the F&B Managers and Director of Food & Beverage to ensure smooth and efficient service across NoMI Kitchen, Lounge & Garden, In-Room Dining, and Banquets, all while maintaining our high standards of quality and guest satisfaction. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain in-depth insight into every aspect of the food and beverage department, from managing staff to overseeing inventory and ensuring the highest level of guest service. Your responsibilities will include supervising and motivating a team of colleagues, assisting in the development and execution of operational strategies, managing schedules, and ensuring adherence to safety and cleanliness standards. You will also collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement training programs, helping staff members grow in their roles while focusing on operational efficiency and profitability. Additionally, you will support in the creation and execution of events, ensuring that all F&B offerings align with our hotel's commitment to luxury and excellence. While you will work alongside experienced leaders, this role is designed to help you grow and develop through coaching and mentoring to prepare for the next step in your career. Salary Information The salary for this position ranges from $51,600 to $61,800 . This range reflects the competitive compensation expected at Park Hyatt Chicago . Actual pay will be commensurate with experience. Benefits- Health Insurance Eligibility: Available after 30 days of employment.

- Experience: 2 years in food and beverage operations in a supervisory role, preferably in luxury hotels or fine dining.

- Guest Service Excellence: Uncompromising dedication to delivering exceptional, detail-oriented guest experiences.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly across departments.
- Organizational Skills: Mastery in managing multiple priorities while maintaining luxury service standards.
- Financial Acumen: Understanding of budgeting, inventory management, and cost control, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
