Position Summary:

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for the daily operations of the Geneva warehouse, including receiving, shipping, inventory, and logistics coordination of industrial machinery. This role plays a key role in ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse operations that supports machine movement within the US.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of daily task planning and execution on the warehouse floors, ensuring priorities are clear and work is completed efficiently
• Perform physical handling of machinery, including loading, unloading, staging, and storage
• Process shipping of spare parts as necessary with Fedex, UPS, etc
• Identify inventory or process issues and drive corrective actions
• Serve as point of contact for logistics execution and issue resolution for machines in the US including LTL, TL, or other logistics arrangements
• Drive safety culture to ensure compliance with OSHA and internal requirements

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse environment
• Support implementation and continuous improvement of work standards and ERP system
• Work closely with Service, Finance, and Operations to support business needs
• Assist with packing, crating, and preparing machinery for domestic shipments

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates or higher in a related field preferred
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with receiving, shipping, and inventory
• Forklift operation experience required (Training and certification will be provided)
• Understanding of basic warehouse safety and compliance standards
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, standing, and operating equipment
• Experience with moving industrial equipment highly preferred
