Employment Type: Contract (3-4 months)
Compensation: Up to $38/hour

LaSalle Network is hiring for an AR Specialist to support a growing corporate finance team during a high-impact collections cleanup project. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong collections experience who enjoys working independently while driving process improvements in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

AR Specialist Responsibilities:

• Lead collections efforts across a high-volume portfolio , including outreach, follow-ups and escalation of delinquent accounts
• Own AR aging and proactively drive resolution of outstanding balances, discrepancies and unapplied cash
• Manage cash application processes, including receiving, depositing and posting payments (checks, ACH, wires)
• Support and enhance collections strategies , policies and internal processes while partnering with teams to resolve billing issues

What’s Needed:

• 5+ years of progressive AR experience with a strong focus on collections and receivables management
• Proven ability to manage high-volume accounts and drive successful collections efforts
• Strong understanding of cash application, AR controls and dispute resolution best practices
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems with strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Experience with NetSuite (preferred)
• Experience developing or improving collections processes and procedures (preferred)
