Logistics Account Executive

Precision Freight is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Logistics Account Executive to join our growing team. This role is exclusively focused on prospecting new customers, securing business, and building strong, long-term relationships within the logistics industry. We are looking for an individual with proven freight sales experience who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and is motivated by growth, opportunity, and financial success.

Logistics Account Executive will play a critical role in expanding our customer base, leveraging industry expertise to identify potential clients, engage key decision-makers, and provide tailored logistics solutions that drive revenue growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Research, identify, and target potential customers through cold outreach, networking, and market research.
• Initiate contact with potential clients via phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and industry events.
• Effectively present Precision Freight’s services, negotiate pricing, and close new accounts to drive revenue growth.
• Develop long-term partnerships by understanding clients' needs and providing exceptional service.
• Ensure consistent communication and follow-up with clients to foster trust and repeat business.
• Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to company-wide growth.
• Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and diversify the company’s client portfolio.
• Utilize CRM tools to monitor sales performance, customer interactions, and revenue trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service execution for customers.
• Mentor other team members in sales.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 1+ years of logistics or freight brokerage sales experience.
• Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close business in a competitive logistics environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
• Motivation, drive, and results.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
