Operations Coordinator
LaSalle Network is hiring an Operations Coordinator to support a high-volume travel operations team managing independent tours across the U.S., EU and Canada. What’s the job?
As an Operations Coordinator, you will:
Allocate and book all trip components, including hotels, rail, transfers and related services
Partner closely with travel agents, including frequent collaboration when exact requests are unavailable
Mix and match trip components across multiple vendors to build complete itineraries
Ensure booking accuracy across dates, room types, number of nights and confirmations
Perform basic budgeting calculations to align trips with cost and markup guidelines
Complete currency conversions as needed
Navigate multiple booking systems, portals and regional hotel platforms
Follow strict quality control procedures, including three total quality checks
What’s needed?
We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator who brings:
Retail, customer service or similar customer-facing experience
Exceptional attention to detail and organization
Comfort working with numbers, budgets and currency conversions
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Ability to manage multiple systems and moving parts simultaneously
A collaborative, easygoing work style
