We provide extensive opportunities for personal and professional development, building both employee competence and organizational capability to fuel exceptional performance through an inclusive environment both now and in the future.**Summary:**In this role, you will manage multiple cross-functional resources and project teams for complex (e.g., many products, facilities, stakeholders, and / or source systems), broad scope, and / or special enterprise engagements using project management practices.**Responsibilities:*** Apply pharmaceutical analytical practices and processes supporting Pharmacy Aggregation Group projects, as well as interpret results to assist members.* Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret pharmaceutical and Pharmacy Aggregation Group data to define savings opportunities.* Collaborate with Pharmacy Executive to prepare materials, as well as ensure timely action and post meeting follow-ups.* Ensure successful onboarding of new Pharmacy Aggregation Group members through prospective member savings review and follow up.* Update and maintain member Sharepoint documents as well as provide member education regarding use and utility of Sharepoint system.* Collaborate with Sourcing Executives and supplier representatives to ensure continued value for members for duration of contract/initiative term.* Monitor contract compliance at the individual Pharmacy Aggregation Group level.* Current knowledge of various analytical team projects designed around group best practice, benchmarking, and track progress.**Qualifications:*** Relevant degree preferred.* 5 or more years of relevant experience required.* Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.* Advanced proficiency with the MS Office Suite of tools preferred.* Knowledge of Power BI a plus.* Demonstrated excellence in project management skills, PMP certification required.* Willingness to travel.**Estimated Hiring Range:**At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00.This position is also incentive eligible.Vizient has a comprehensive benefits plan!
