Medical Assistant OB-GYN Clinic

If you are passionate about joining a successful team and possess experience as either a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant/Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Heartland Women's Healthcare is the ultimate destination for professional growth! The hours for this role would be Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. We also offer competitive compensation!

As a Medical Assistant at Heartland Women's Healthcare, you will take charge in ensuring the seamless operation of our medical office. Your role will go beyond administrative support, as you will be at the forefront of supporting our esteemed physicians and cherished patients. From patient care coordination to impeccable organization and communication, your mission is to execute all tasks accurately, with excellence and expediency. Job Responsibilities:

• Interview patients and document basic medical history
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Update and file medical records and insurance reports
• Check with patients and type up patients charts
• Assist during medical examinations
• Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments
• Other duties as needed

Job Qualifications:

• Proven working experience as a medical assistant
• Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Social perceptiveness and service oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
