The Role: Front Desk Administrative Assistant
Your Role in a Nutshell
As our Front Desk Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the face and voice of Trinity IFS. Your
work will make a lasting impact by fostering an inviting environment and ensuring efficient
coordination that helps clients and advisors thrive.

● Must have obtained a GED or high school diploma
● Strong communication skills—both written and spoken.
● Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (CRM experience preferred
but not required)

Salary
$30,000 - $37,500 commensurate on experience
Schedule
Position is open immediately. This is an entry-level position
Full-time from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday - Friday (40 hours a week, no weekends)
Work Location
Our company values face-to-face collaboration and creativity, so this position is primarily
based in our Dixon, IL office. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with and excited
about regular in-person interactions.
