  • Contract Duration: 4 months
  • Worksite Location: Naperville, IL
  • Compensation: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
What you'll do as the Finance Administrative Assistant:
  • Manage billing arrangements, including setups, renewals, and amendments.
  • Provide contract review support, from intake to facilitation and process management.
  • Support year-end pricing activities, including planning and implementation.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as needed to support business operations.
What you'll bring to the Finance Administrative Assistant role:
  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in billing, finance, or business operations
  • Strong technical aptitude with ERP systems; SAP experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Proven ability to follow processes independently while asking questions and seeking clarification when needed
  • A positive, proactive mindset and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
