Paid Media Specialist

SGE Marketing Services Inc, is an affiliate company of Spring-Green Enterprises parent company of two national franchise brands, Pet Butler and Spring-Green as well as a portfolio of company owned franchises. SGE Marketing is seeking a full-time Paid Media Specialist based out of Naperville, IL . This is a hybrid position with flexibility to work remotely a couple of days a week, along with expectations to work three days a week in the Naperville, IL corporate office.

Annual salary range
$65k - $70k based on experience.

Position Summary:
The Paid Media Specialist is a highly analytical and detail-oriented role involving tasks such as campaign and project management. The PMS will manage daily activities including Google Ads campaign building and management, paid social management, local listing management, and supporting the marketing department. This role requires experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads and will require managing budgets of over $1mil annually. A familiarity with Performance Max campaigns is an absolute must for this position. A successful PMS will be data-driven, highly experienced with Excel, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders. The PMS will report to the Associate Director of Paid Media.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Digital responsibilities include building and optimizing Google Search, Google Performance Max, and paid social campaigns.
• Work directly with the Associate Director of Paid Media to manage digital marketing inbound tickets, deliverables, and communication utilizing project management software.
• Execute QA to support website and paid media campaigns.
• Build new landing pages in CMS for paid digital efforts, write keyword-rich content, test and track landing page leads, improve landing page user experiences and results.
• Support Associate Director of Paid Media to extract data into Excel and provide detailed monthly reporting in PowerPoint.
• Stay apprised of industry standards, new media programs/opportunities.

Other/General

• Regular and predictable on site or online attendance is required for access to pertinent systems, data, meeting/event participation and interaction with vendors and other personnel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 4+ years’ experience in developing, launching, and managing brand and performance-driven paid digital campaigns.
• 4+ years of Google Analytics experience for advanced analysis and dashboard.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience creating and managing B2B and B2C Google Ads search, display, and smart campaigns.
• 4+ years of paid social experience in Meta Business Manager implementing and coordinating ad campaigns for Facebook and Instagram, as well as other social media channels: Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube Advertising.
• Knowledge of SEMrush, WordPress, October CMS, Jira, Wrike, Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Exact Target, LSA, HomeAdvisor, Angi’s List, Yelp, and/or NextDoor a plus.
• Microsoft Office skills with particularly advanced knowledge of Excel required.
• Agency experience is a plus.
