Summary
We are seeking a skilled Network Voice Engineer to join our dynamic team in the US. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our network capabilities, ensuring seamless communication for our clients while aligning with HCLTech's commitment to technological excellence.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement network voice solutions to enhance communication efficiency.
- Manage and optimize WAN and LAN infrastructures to ensure high availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate voice services into existing IT frameworks.
- Conduct regular assessments of network performance and security protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to network voice engineering.
- Document network configurations and maintain accurate records of changes.
- Provide technical support and training to team members as needed.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience in network engineering with a focus on voice technologies.
- Strong knowledge of WAN/LAN protocols and security measures.
- Familiarity with Cisco ISE, VoIP systems, and cloud security practices is preferred.
- Experience with DevOps methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Job Summary
- We are looking for a detail-oriented Onsite Lead for Contact Center with expertise in contact center technologies to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze requirements, design workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement advanced contact center solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Key Responsibilities
- •* 10+ years of full-stack development experience*
- •* Develop and maintain full-stack applications using modern frameworks (e.g., React, JavaScript, Node.js, Spring Boot) & chatbot integrations *
- •* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features*
- •* Integrate APIs and third-party services, including aviation data feeds and NLP engines*
- •* Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability*
- •* Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipeline management*
- •* Contribute to architectural decisions and technical documentation*
- •* Engage in agile ceremonies and sprint planning across distributed teams *
- •* Provide actionable insights to improve customer experience and agent productivity.*
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- •* Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field.*
- •* 3–5 years as a Lead in contact center or customer experience domain.*
- •* Familiarity with contact center platforms (React, JavaScript, Node.js, Spring Boot) & chatbot integrations).*
- •* Understanding of IVR, ACD, WFM, and omnichannel solutions.*
- •* Basic knowledge of APIs, integrations, and cloud technologies.*
- •* Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipeline management.*
- •* Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability*
- •* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.*
- Preferred Qualifications
- •* Experience with AI/GenAI tools for customer experience.*
- •* Knowledge of speech analytics, NLP, and RPA.*
- •* Certifications in Contact Center Technologies.*
