HIRING IMMEDIATELY: ORDER PICKER IN CAROL STREAM, IL

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Order Picker to join our team in Carol Stream, IL. This individual will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders using a man-up cherry picker and other material handling equipment, ensuring inventory accuracy, proper order fulfillment, and timely shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, prior experience operating warehouse equipment, and the ability to meet productivity and accuracy standards while working safely. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $20/hour
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Located in Carol Stream, IL

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate man-up cherry picker to pick customer orders from inventory
• Verify inventory stock quantities using reports and electronic systems
• Assemble, stage, and prepare orders for shipping and loading
• Weigh and wrap pallet loads to secure shipments
• Label shipments with correct delivery information
• Prepare Bills of Lading, including unit counts and weights as required
• Load delivery vehicles as needed
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to operate warehouse material handling equipment (MHE)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs continuously throughout shift
• Ability to work overtime (up to 4 hours) and weekends as needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Basic computer skills required
