OverviewGallagher is seeking a motivated and experienced Client Service Supervisor to lead our Small Business Client Service Team (CST). This role is essential in delivering tailored solutions to small business clients, ensuring their unique needs are met with exceptional service. As a leader within the CST, you will play a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction, improving retention, and fostering a culture of excellence.

How you'll make an impactAs a Client Service Supervisor, you will:
- Lead a High-Performing Team: Manage a Small Business Client Service team to deliver efficient, high-quality service to clients.
- Drive Client Satisfaction: Improve client retention, exceed satisfaction goals, and enhance Gallagher’s value to clients and prospects.
- Foster Excellence: Cultivate a culture of performance, continuous improvement, and integrity within your team.
- Mentor and Develop Talent: Provide transparent feedback, continuous learning opportunities, and strong talent development for your team members.
- Manage Renewals and Growth: Successfully oversee renewals for assigned accounts while building and expanding client relationships through exceptional care and referrals.
- Leverage Technology: Utilize Gallagher’s technology to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Project Management: Effectively manage competing priorities and ensure timely delivery of solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor your team to achieve business outcomes such as client retention, satisfaction, growth, and operating/margin targets.
- Share resources, information, and best practices to advance team goals.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and focus on what matters most for clients and service teams.
- Provide actionable feedback and address performance challenges directly and effectively.
- Collaborate with Gallagher teams and employees to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Demonstrate integrity in all client interactions and decision-making processes.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

Work Schedule:
- CST operates Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM Central Time.
- This is a full-time, 40-hour work week (8 hours per day).
- Required:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of client service and/or claims management experience, OR
- High School diploma/GED with 10+ years of client service and/or claims management experience.
- 1+ years of supervisory experience.
- Keen understanding of professional and industry standards/practices.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
- High-volume contact center experience.
- Preferred:
- Applied EPIC experience.
- Proficiency in technology utilization (Microsoft Office, Genesys, Salesforce, etc.).
- Scheduling flexibility
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
