Centralized Scheduling Clerk

: Position available working full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday hours may vary. Potential to work hybrid after initial training period. Responsible for scheduling coordinating and accurately scheduling appointment. Gathering accurate patient information to schedule patients efficiently. Works closely with the Authorization, Billing, Imaging, Clinic, Surgery, and Therapy departments. Participates in performance improvement and CQI activities.

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
