Market Research Analyst
We are looking for an entry-level Market Research Analyst for our client, an independent market research and public opinion consulting firm. While this is a foundational role, you won't just be sitting on the sidelines. You will be immersed in the full research lifecycle, learning how to transform raw data into actionable business strategies. In this role, you will support the end-to-end research process under the mentorship of senior leadership.
Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Marketing, Sociology, Statistics, Psychology, etc.).
- Advanced MS Office Skills: You should be an expert in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and MS PowerPoint (data visualization).
- Tool Familiarity: While not required, basic knowledge of SPSS, R, or SQL is highly desirable. Familiarity with CXM platforms like Qualtrics or Medallia will put you at the top of our list.
- Obsessive Attention to Detail: You take pride in the accuracy and completeness of your work.
- Organizational Prowess: You can juggle multiple tasks and schedules without breaking a sweat.
- Communication Skills: You have excellent written communication skills and a are a confident presenter who can explain "the why" behind the numbers.
- Team Player: You are self-motivated and driven, but you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

- Assisting with questionnaire design, managing data collection fields, and interpreting results to help prepare final client reports.
- Coordinating with internal data processing and reporting teams to ensure project milestones are met accurately and on time.
- Helping maintain client relationships by providing project updates and responding to routine inquiries.
- Monitoring project budgets and ensuring data integrity throughout the lifecycle of every study.
