Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m

• Candidates must be available to work throughout the holiday period without time off.

Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to provide front desk support during the holiday season. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff, ensuring a polished and friendly experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails promptly and courteously
• Greet and assist residents, guests, and vendors upon arrival
• Maintain an organized and professional front desk environment
• Manage package deliveries and assist with distribution as needed
• Perform light administrative duties to support facility operations

Qualifications:

• Prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional demeanor and polished appearance
• Ability to commit to the full assignment duration without time off
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment
