Description
Position Summary
This position plays a central role in the operation’s billing department with an ability to accurately enter invoices and maintain records with the ERP system. This position requires strong communication skills to help resolve invoicing issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, interpret, and upload vendor invoices for various company projects.
- Manage and maintain multiple inboxes as well as keep up-to-date records of received emails.
- Coordinate with Billing Coordinators, Project Administrators, Accounts Payable, and occasionally Accounts Receivable teams.
- Communicate with vendors to ensure the accurate processing of invoices.
- Communicate with project managers as necessary.
- Communicate with vendors to receive complete vendor invoice packets.
- Maintain amiable relationships with vendors.
- Request subcontractor invoices in a firm but considerate manner.
- Complete other duties as assigned.

- Sitting for prolonged periods.
- Operating a computer.
Experience/Education/Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Similar experience in a related position, preferred.
- Fluent in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Salary Description
$40,000 - $45,000
