Moriah Early Childhood Center (ECC) is a Reggio Emilia–inspired, Jewish early childhood program serving infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Rooted in Jewish values, we cultivate a learning environment where curiosity, creativity, and relationships are at the center of everything we do.

We are seeking Early Childhood Educators who are:
- Passionate about child-centered, inquiry-based learning
- Inspired by Reggio Emilia or emergent curriculum approaches
- Warm, reflective, and relationship-driven
- Collaborative team players who value community and connection
- Collaborate with teaching teams to design engaging, emergent curriculum
- Observe and document children’s learning to inform classroom experiences
- Foster children’s curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving skills
- Build strong, responsive relationships with children and families
- Create nurturing, inclusive classroom environments
- Maintain classroom health, safety, and organization standards
- Participate in reflective practice and team collaboration
- Uphold school policies and maintain confidentiality
- Associate’s Degree with a minimum 6 credits in Early Childhood Education - Required
- Experience in early childhood education preferred
- Strong understanding of child development principles
- Familiarity with Reggio Emilia or play-based learning a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Warm, flexible, and growth-oriented mindset
- $19.25–$25/hour, based on experience
