VP of US Operations | Software Background

The Role:
We are looking for a VP of US Operations to lead and scale WideXP’s presence in the United States, driving operational performance, client success, and sustainable revenue growth.
This is a senior leadership role focused on market execution, delivery oversight, and building strong relationships with US-based clients, while aligning closely with our global engineering teams.
What You Bring:
- Strong background in software services, technology consulting, or IT operations
- Proven experience managing P&L, delivery performance, and operational KPIs
- Deep understanding of how mid-market and enterprise companies buy software and technology services
- Experience working with distributed or nearshore engineering teams
- Ability to translate client needs into structured delivery frameworks
- Strong leadership presence with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Commercial mindset with the ability to balance growth, margin, and operational stability
- Established network in the US market is a strong advantage
How It Works:

- You help scale structured models such as BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) for US clients
- Compensation can include a fixed component plus performance-based incentives tied to revenue growth, margin, and operational KPIs
