The Role:

We are looking for a VP of US Operations to lead and scale WideXP’s presence in the United States, driving operational performance, client success, and sustainable revenue growth.
This is a senior leadership role focused on market execution, delivery oversight, and building strong relationships with US-based clients, while aligning closely with our global engineering teams.

What You Bring:

• Strong background in software services, technology consulting, or IT operations
• Proven experience managing P&L, delivery performance, and operational KPIs
• Deep understanding of how mid-market and enterprise companies buy software and technology services
• Experience working with distributed or nearshore engineering teams
• Ability to translate client needs into structured delivery frameworks
• Strong leadership presence with experience managing cross-functional teams
• Commercial mindset with the ability to balance growth, margin, and operational stability
• Established network in the US market is a strong advantage

How It Works:

• Compensation can include a fixed component plus performance-based incentives tied to revenue growth, margin, and operational KPIs
