Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily care, feeding, and exercise for dogs
• Supervise and maintain safe, structured group play environments
• Monitor dog behavior and health, promptly reporting any concerns
• Administer medications per owner instructions
• Clean and sanitize kennels, yards, and equipment
• Support grooming team with bathing, drying, and brushing dogs
• Maintain accurate logs for feeding, medications, and incidents
• Handle laundry, dishes, and restock cleaning/pet care supplies
• Deliver exceptional customer service and represent our brand with professionalism

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong dog handling skills, including with large and energetic breeds
• Understanding of dog body language and playgroup safety
• High attention to detail and ability to follow protocols precisely
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
• Self-starter who works well independently and in a team environment
• Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation required
