JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• GCIO DT&D team is looking for a Business Process Specialist who has good skills in S&OP processes and data skills.
• Act a key liaison between IT and our customers and other IT Teams.
• You will evaluate Machines S&OP processes, and you will need some technical skills in data management (SQL Queries, Reporting, Snowflake databases…).
• You will also provide day-to-day support to business partners, business managers and other IT teams in relation to product implementation, questions, and problems/incidents.
• Manage many modernization projects migrating current applications to modern solutions. Future candidates will also help team members to future modernization projects efforts.
• Coordinate changes to current applications, test, and implement the database applying basic database knowledge.

Requirements

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Associate's degree in computer programming or equivalent training required AND 10 years’ experience.
• Bachelor’s degree AND 8+ years’ experience

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Good skills in S&OP processes
• Good technical skills on SQL and Databases
• Strong communication skills

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Experience in mainframe migration projects or modernization initiatives is preferred.
• Prior experience with ServiceNow

SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Must have good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• End user knowledge in IBM mainframe and/or any ERP.
• Strong initiative and the ability to learn quickly is desired.
• Should have good team skills and positivity for working in a cooperative and diverse team environment.

Salary expectations: 110,000-115,000 per annual
