Executive Assistant
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study preferred
- Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting executives in a healthcare or nonprofit organization
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and adaptability
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Belief in the mission and vision of Rosecrance
- Work hours prescribed and any additional hours deemed necessary for the responsibilities assigned.
- Manage daily administrative operations, including scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, preparing agendas, drafting correspondence, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Serve as a shared resource for the leadership team, providing assistance on projects and administrative tasks across supervised functions.
- Prepare, edit, and manage documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external audiences.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, including leadership team sessions, board meetings, and strategic planning retreats, ensuring all materials are prepared, logistics are managed, and action items are tracked.
- Act as a liaison between leadership, internal departments, and external stakeholders to ensure timely communication and resolution of inquiries.
- Assist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines, monitoring progress, and ensuring deliverables are completed.
- Support the preparation and organization of reports related to grants, compliance, performance improvement, and other key initiatives.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, ensuring confidentiality in all matters.
- Perform all responsibilities in compliance with the mission, vision, values, and expectations of Rosecrance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.
- Serve as a role model for other staff, clients and customers and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing Rosecrance.
- Assume other related responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
- Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:30am - 5:00pm (40 hours per week)
- Shift: 1st shift
- Work Mode: Onsite
- Base Pay: Starting at $21.32/hour (pay is based on education, experience, and credentials)
