Shipping Lead Person-2nd Shift

As the Shipping Lead Person for our 2nd shift, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our shipping operations. Reporting directly to the Shipping Manager, you will lead a team responsible for preparing, verifying, and organizing outgoing shipments, ensuring that our products reach their destinations on time and in excellent condition. This position requires an individual who is not only detail-oriented but also capable of managing dynamic team dynamics in a fast-paced environment.
