In this role, you will be supporting impactful projects that make a difference for our country.
The enthusiastic, self-motivated, entrepreneurial-minded Organizational Change Management (OCM) professional who has deployed Copilot who will help us grow our thriving practice, provide world-class OCM services. In this role, you will use your elite OCM consulting skills to help our customers succeed in their adoption and digital transformation journey specifically with Microsoft Copilot.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the develop and execute OCM projects to deploy Microsoft Copilot including vision discovery, kickoff, change scope analysis workshops, interviews, surveys, focus groups, and more with our Federal customers in their M365 environments
- Strategize the change, by identifying the best options and avenues for communications and training and building communication, and champions plans.
- Build and share knowledge about Copilot implementation through various channels, including blogs, workshops, and training sessions.
- Educate end-users, champions and stakeholders to make a Copilot implementation beneficial without anxiety or fear.
- Measure the success of the transition or transformation.
- Adjust the plan implementing tactics to target specific needs.
- Design and implement change management plans using best practices and a consistent methodology.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, change champions, and junior consultants.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, project managers, and IT professionals to ensure alignment between change management efforts and project objectives.
- Provide documentation and leadership to define best practices for Copilot deployment, what leads to build best practices, what use cases are the most valuable for most customers, how to identify use cases specific to customers, how to handle end-users and IT objections.
- 5+ years of experience in OCM practices change management and adoption functions.
- Experience enabling and working in Microsoft 365 technologies, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Copilot
- Demonstrated expertise in OCM projects applied to Microsoft 365.
- Expertise working with enterprise customers in a strategic fashion to assess, envision, plan, design and oversee implementation of Copilot in an OCM program.
- The knowledge, practice and ability to deliver every piece of the methodology within the execution phase: communication, training, measuring, adjusting, establishing and nurturing community of champions; and support senior consultant in the build phase; interview preparation, survey preparation and analysis, focus group preparation.
- The ability to lead assessment with C-Suites, end-users and IT contacts with a special focus on collaboration, governance, productivity, wellbeing and engagement.
- PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner or Microsoft Adoption Specialist certification(s)
- Design and creative skills to make communication appealing and meaningful
- Experience delivering user research (qualitative and quantitative) and post-implementation reviews.
- Ability to problem solve efficiently within the specific area of expertise and suggest process improvement or standardization as requested and/or directed and to effectively respond to internal/external questions and collaborate across internal/external teams.
- The ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and a propensity to adjust to different cultures thinking out of the box.

Salaries for Consultants at Planet Technologies range from $120,000 and $210,000. Several factors will impact final pay offered to a successful candidate including but not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, clearance level, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, training, etc.
