Administrative Assistant
LaSalle Network has partnered with a leading, physician-led nephrology practice specializing in comprehensive kidney care. They are looking for an outgoing and detail oriented Administrative Assistant to join their company, on site in Oakbrook.
This position is a great steppingstone for individuals interested in building a career in the revenue cycle field. It is 100% onsite in Oakbrook, IL. Administrative Assistant Responsibilities- Assist with various functions within the revenue cycle, including posting adjustments, requesting medical records, sorting mail and correspondence, and verifying eligibilit
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, document scanning, and maintaining accurate records
- Answer and route phone calls or emails as needed, providing basic information or directing inquiries appropriately
- Support scheduling, coordination, and follow-up related to documentation and records
- High school diploma or equivalent required, associate’s degree or higher preferred
- Medical billing and coding knowledge or has coursework completed
- Basic healthcare knowledge preferred
- Expereince working in a healthcare administrative or front desk role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial and patient information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Compensation: $20-$23/HR (pending on experience

- Hours: Monday–Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm (subject to change)
