BDC Manager

Our Large Auto Dealership is looking for experienced, professional, and motivated individuals to join our team! Key Responsibilities * Staff Management: Recruit, onboard, and train Business Development Representatives (DBRs) or BDC coordinators. * Lead Management: Oversee inbound and outbound lead calls and emails, ensuring prompt and professional follow-up from the BDC team. * Performance Monitoring: Set performance goals and quotas for the BDC staff, track results, and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement. * Appointment Setting: Coordinate and schedule sales and service appointments, and manage rescheduling for no-show customers. * Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to optimize lead generation, customer engagement, and sales conversion rates. * Reporting & Analysis: Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track department performance and identify trends. * Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional communication and support. * Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and service departments to align strategies and optimize the customer journey.
